Transmission application question

Hey

I am having to replace my transmission and have been offered a transmission out of a 96 GT, mine is a 2000. I took a T45 out of mine and this is a T45. Will this fit my car??

Yes and no. Physically it will fit, but the tail shaft and speed sensor assemblies need to be swapped from the 2000 to 1996 for it to work.

Thanks for the reply. I just looked for some info on this site about how to do that and came up empty. Does anyone know where else to get the info??
