Looks like mine lol I blew the motor a few weeks ago. But i looked at my old bllock and I found a w, but not where it was in your pic. It's on the bottom left of the right side of the block. It's a big w like in the other pic I had. Why do they have different casting marks in different places? Maybe early blocks had them by the water pump?

It depends on where it is made and if it is aluminum or iron.

Well these are both Windsor blocks it seems and they both certainly look cast iron. Musta just changed where they put casting marks at some point.

Actually just got it running again Saturday. But it has some fueling issue or something. I think its the tune. Gunna try reloading the tune off the sct and see if it helps. I only moved it in my driveway, redid a lot on the car while it was apart, so I don't trust it yet to take It out on the road until I get this issue sorted out.

Well the good news is it rolled lol. That is more than I can say for mine lol!
