Default So I have news.....

Talked to my muffler guy about going with 3 inch piping after mid pipe and he said "it will make it a little louder and more aggressive but not like night and day difference."

And he said that if I have after market wheels that could be an issue ..due to the wheels are wider and the exaust pipe is very close to it already..

I don't what to do now......

Just go with a 2.5" piping and a straight thru style muffler and call it a

3"? Good Lord it's only a 4.6L engine, 2.3L per bank...

stick with 2.5". i saw on your other post you want to spend 200-300. i would just get some SLP's or something

a 3 inch exhaust will give you ZERO gain. The 2.5 is plenty even into big HP mod motors.

I'm not really looking to gain and hp I just wish its was louder..lol but I lovvvvve the super 44 sound just wish it was louder..and with going from 2.25 inch piping to 3 it may be louder ....but he said not like a night and day difference....I'm not sure if I like my setup now...i have upr o/r x to pypes m80 mufflers....sounds ok but I will upload a vid just as soon as I can and get you guys to comment on it....
