I don't think its the blower that's not aligned right. I got the dimensions for the spacers and made them at work down the .0001. It looks to be the ac pulley because its jumping a rib off and breaking the side of the plastic pulley you get from the ac delete....

For what kind of power you are looking to make you really should have the blower belt "renegade" style on its own. I know the last thing you want to hear is re-doing something...

Nevermind had a brain fart, your on a vortech HOB only has procharger belt systems.

got me all happy and wet for nothing... btw I seen the lip you were talking about but someone on moddedmustangs. said you can tap it in to far. I think I did because it seems like its having a hard time turning by hand.

It shouldnt effect how hard it is to turn the blower, the seal shouldn't be able to make it past that step and interfer with any moving peices inside the headunit, unless that ysi has some strange design), and the shaft shouldn't be tapered either it should be the same diameter straight into the head unit. Are you still on 6 rib pulleys?

No I ditched the 6 rib a long time ago for a 8 rib. Well the bearings are right there but I don't think it's touching them.

What 8 rib pulley did u use on the ac delete bracket that you got to work? What was it from? Expecially if its plastic

It's an ac delete for a 5.4 triton motor. Why is it made out of plastic I don't know... Honestly I hate that it's plastic and I wish I could find a metal one. I'd make one at work if I wasn't laid off...
