Default how difficult is it to remove seat rails for use with aftermarket seats?

Anyone know how difficult it is to remove seat rails from 99-04 mustang for use on aftermarket seats? Is any cutting or anything else required? Or do they simply bolt off?

Thanks

A length of flat iron from Home Depot, a hack saw and a drill, can fix that...
