Default Dash Rattle...great

Well, I have a rattle somewhere in my dash.

It's hard to pinpoint. I can't tell if it's on top or in the middle. It's intermittent. Usually it happens on slightly bumpy roads. Gah. Nothing makes a car seem more cheap than a rattle in the dash. When I bought my Mustang it came with a non-stock Nav/Stereo installed under the climate control system. That said, I'm not entirely sure the install of that is what caused the rattle. So, my question to you guys is are there any components in the dash that might be prone to rattling? It's usually a crap shoot trying to find something like this and if I do have to yank the fking thing apart, I want to do it right the first time and not get it all back together only to find I missed it.

Also, is there anything out there that would be good to use as a preventative measure like felt or anything of the sort?

Thanks in advance!

I"m just guessing here, but perhaps the center air vents?? Those rattle on mine.

Also, you might peek under the dash and see if a wiring clip busted loose from the clip holder.

Okie. Good. I'm glad I posted this. That's where I'm going to start looking. I thought they might be the source of it and after hearing from someone else, that gives me a good starting point. Thanks!
