You're in the wrong section bro. This is 2005 and newer 4.6 liter 3Vs. Don't worry, a kindly moderator will come along and move this for you. But to answer your question, you will need to swap more than just the motor. Most of the electronics, accessories, etc will have to be swapped, but if your 4.6 car is a decent donor, then you have everything you need to make it work.

Yes and No.
It's not even remotely worth it to try to do all that work.
You'll need the Motor, Entire Kmember, Dash cluster and ECU, Transmission Trans w/h and controller. You'll also need to run the new Engine W/H through the firewall.

It's really not that much of a job if you already have everything and are fairly mechanically inclined.
