Have you tried aiming them? I don't know a lot about HID kits, but I know my new stock replacement headlights were useless until I aimed the beam using the adjuster screw.

If you still have the stock housings, the previous owner probably just put a plug-n-play HID kit in. Just pull the two pins that hold in the housings, and remove both the ballasts, and bulbs from each head light. Get some stock bulbs and throw those in. But before you go removing all the HID stuff, try adjusting the head lights first (unless you just absolutely hate them). There's an adjusting screw on each head light.

Theyre just not bright. The car has a super aggressive stance. Super high in the rear and super low in the front. Gonna even it out probably its not practical for driving around town
