Total my 98 GT automatic transmission. The Engine and transmission is still good. I purchase a 95 GT shell that had a manual transmission. I want to stay with a manual transmission. Can I used my 4.6 engine from the 98. If so, what do I need to do to make the swap? I know the basics. My concern is the detail stuff such as the electronics/computer.

First off, that transmission out of he 95 will not bolt to the 4.6. It has a different bolt pattern. If you still want to continue the swap, you will need the complete wiring harness, ecm, guage cluster, ect. You also need the 4.6 k member, trans crossmember, exhaust. youre pretty much swapping literally everything from one shell to the other.
