Default Idle Issue help

Anybody have/had an idle issue? It idles fine at a cold startup, however when the engine warms up after a drive; when at a stop in first or in neutral it fluctuates between 900 and sometimes gets down to 400/500 and then jets back up to normal idle rpm. Done some research but have seen many different causes. It currently has a tune and a JLT intake on it as well. It's an 04 with 44k miles on it

I bought it used a month ago from a dealer. The previous owner had a BAMA tune already programmed on it, I do have the tuner. I haven't checked anything yet no, just wanted to do a little more research before I dove into it

Might wanna take it back to stock. No reason to put a tune on a car that only has a intake.

I agree with soldier, take it back to stock and see if it runs any better. If not, try cleaning the iac, they tend to get dirty and cause problems. Also check and see if everything is air tight on the jlt intake.
If the programmer isn't the problem and you get everything lined out with the idle, you can try the programmer again. I personally don't see anything wrong with using it if its not causing problems.
