Question Suspension Rattling

I just installed all new bushings, struts, shocks, caster/camber plates, and lowering springs on my 99 GT, and even after double checking and tightening everything down, there is a rattling noise every time I hit even the slightest bump. I have tightened the struts, sway bar with bushings, calipers and checked the brake pads and the clips, and tightened the caster camber plates. I have no earthly idea what could be rattling, anybody have any suggestions?

Did you transfer all of the parts needed from the stock struts to the new ones?

As far as I know, yes. The dust cover, the rubber stoppers and the new spacers from the new kit.

Put it in the air and start shaking the suspension to fine the noise

Did you move the Isos over, or leave them off? Mine are off and I get squeaks on every bump

I had problems with the rubber exhaust hangers, seems like one would break ever couple of months.

One time I farmed out a suspension job & I too had a weird rattle afterwards. I called the shop and told them and they got pissy as hell. I mean down right rude. Not even a, "Bring it back and let us check it out." It was, "Well, we didn't do anything wrong so it must be something else that's rattling.

Pissed me off something fierce.

The following morning I ran it up on my ramps in the driveway to see if I couldn't figure something out and guess what I found?! I found a nice 3/4" Snap-on ratchet w/ socket still on the castle nut on the lower control arm.

Merry Christmas to Fastback.
