Default New Toy, 2002 GT Premium Coupe

So I grabbed this somewhat modified 2002 GT Coupe as another project ride. I sold off my 2002 GT Vert.

This stang came with BBK Shorties, BBK CAI and a nice pioneer head unit. BBK X Pipe and a cat back system which gives it a nice race car tone.

This weekend, we just swapped the Coils and plugs, changed all the fluids, new tie rods inner and outer

Have a set of 3.73s to drop in, some new fuel injectors, and definitely dropping it 2"

Of course!

Some wheels, lower it, new paint job (Black top silver bottom), BBK Throttle body.

It looks like it may need an intake manifold gaskey, if it does I am doing all new heads and cams.

Already has the exhaust work, so that save me a grand or better right there.

I know it needs a new rear, I was thinking of 3.55's

New Audio system, while it has a newer pioneer head unit, I don't care for Pioneer units.

It needs a new driver seat cover, I may redo the whole interior or just install some racing seats. Since this is my first coupe since my 2000.

So true.... LOL

I think I enjoy finding stangs in need of love and bringing them back to the former glory.

There is a 97 convertible in Lehigh Valley for $800 that needs some major love, I think the guy wants to much since the engine is seized in it and the body is mostly bad bondo work. Needs a top, pretty much an entire rebuild from top to bottom.

I offered $500, if he accepts I will make it my Harry's U Pull-It rebuild project.

Strip it to the unibody and rebuild it back to like new condition.

For this monstrosity I just picked up, I have ordered all the needed crap I want to do, (Shocks Struts Springs) So we'll see.
