Default Electrical Issue

I have an electrical issue with my 2000 GT. The wires that go to the fuse box, alternator and battery have melted. It is all the positive wires. I know I have a short somewhere I just don't know where to start looking. Any help would be appreciated.

Found the issue. Alternator hot wire made contact with the alternator bracket. Rebuilding harness now.
