looking for some more tech info on the 3v mod motor,... cam timing,.. at what rpm does it change,.. what controls the timing,.. load or rpm,.. any website info would be appriciated. thx in advance.

Cam timing is constantly variable, it's not like a VTEC where it changes at a specific RPM. Lot of parameters control the cam timing.
