I'm very interested this software but I read that they were going to include datalogging in the very near future and thought I would wait and see. Does it have an "easy to use" mode and a more "advanced" mode for greater control?

It's been working great for us. We use it in house as well as sell the kits to individuals that want to do their own programming. It's the easiest software to use that I've ever come across.
