The install is pretty straightforward, though you will need to move the panhard bar to get enough clearance to get in there. Also, don't forget to RTV the cap support bolts, otherwise diff oil willseep out of the threads. You will need a torque wrench to set the tension in the cap bolts too.

As for the oil, I suggest buying a performance oil such as Red Line or Royal Purple. These already have the limited-slip additive in them, so the net result is that it's a lot cheaper than buying the Ford brand oil plus the additive.

Both the Ford brand cover (which is actually made by TA Performance) and the LPW are very good. Those two companies have been in a quality war for years. They both make a fantastic product.
