trouble code P151a

i have the trouble code P151a showing on my sct handheld tuner which appartently means - INTAKE MANIFOLD RUNNER CONTROLLER PERFORMANCE..

can anyone telll me what the problem is likely to be?

I know this is old, but Its the only one I could find with anything about this code. Anyone know or have anything similar happen?
