the o/r pie is really easy. the headers can be a pain. if you get shorties, all yo uhave to do is unscrew the bolts on the maniflds, then unscrew the motor mounts, and jack the motor up. remove the battery and all that movable stuff and you can pull the manifold right out and drop the header in. i did this n both sides. believe me it actually works. as for the difference betwwen l/t and shorties. thier is non. its just a different sound b tween the 2. i know people will argue everything ive said but whatever. you gain hp of the removal of cats and thats about it. as for the header install thought, if you want to do it on the lift you will have to drop the k member and it should drop enough to give you clearance from the bottom. if you dont thsn the starter and the drive shaft will get in the way, just make sure the motor mounts are tight and all that stuff if you go that route. the sound shorties and an o/r set up will give you will be amazing, as long as you have the muffs. i have the borla and its amazing.
