What do you think of this?

I think it kind of brings out the crackly sound the MACs already have; doesn't sound too bad...

Does it still have the drone at about 18-2000rpm?

The drone was diminished quite a bit after adding the shorties, but it's still there, especially when cold. I don't drive it daily so it's not a nuisance anyhow. FWIW, I took a passenger on a 4 hour ride today, and not one complaint...

remove the cats and the S197 sounds mean as hell.
the sound isn't quite as smooth as the previous gens, but that's ok to me, sounds old school.

Compared to the previous generation of Mustang, all S197 axlebacks sound bad.

The reason I posted this is that it seems like all the long tube header companies only make x-pipes to match with their headers, and I'd rather not modify an incorrect h-pipe to fit. Also looking for that NASCAR sound in the high revs.
