Default checking your tune

I have a question: if you have a suspicion that your dealer reflashed your computer during a service, is there a way you can check with your sct xcal2...maybe a better way to word the question is: if you go to load a tune on your car from the xcal2 that's already on there, will it erase and reload, give an error message, will the tune not be available for download? I just have this paranoid dread of them reflashing it to stock just to be mean...
