i plan on within the next year swappin for a t-56 and throwin a kenne bell on my car. most people say put 3.73's on cars w/ the 5 speed and a s/c..............but with the 6 speed will 4.10's be fine, or maybe 3.90's?

Get the 4.10s with the T56...

4th gear(1.00:1) will get you 120mph at 6123rpms - great for the drag strip
5th gear(0.80:1) will get you 150mph at 6123rpms - good for top speed runs
6th gear(0.62:1) will get you 65mph & 80mph at 2056rpms & 2531rpms respectively - good for fuel economy

*RPMs based on 27" tall tire.

 

On second thought, you may trap more than 120mph with a Kenne Bell. To avoid the shift time into fifth, you may want to consider the 3.90s...

4th gear(1.00:1) will get you 126mph at 6115rpms
5th gear(0.80:1) will get you 158mph at 6135rpms
6th gear(0.62:1) will get you 65mph & 80mph at 1956rpms & 2407rpms respectively
