Hey guys if Iam not mistaken this new 4.6 has ford'sversion ofvtec for lack of the correct term.Well anywayI have beenbabing her, she only has 715miles onher, and I noticed @ 2900 rpm I a very light hiccup mainly in lower gears,I was wondering is that charge motion butterflys opening all the way,or timing program of thevct kicking in.I am so used to the m-b and bimmers set up which soseamless . The older mid 90's in line six mb motors actually us the same set up as ford doeswhich worked out very well and never had service issues.Sooo your thoughts guys????

 

Mine did it with the stock tune. Bamachip'srace tune cured it.

 

i have the same problem...heard an sct tune will cure it too
