Gear Swap Install Price - PLEASE VOTE

Trying to get a ball park for what the labor will cost (Not parts, fluid, etc.) for me to get 4:10s installed. Thanks for voting!!!

Wow - these labor charges are all over the place? I suppose the higher rates are dealer and the lower ones are independent shops...

my install cost total: FRPP gears, install kit, labor and fluids was $550

Thanks Argonaut - That sounds reasonable...these $500 labor charges are crazy

I had a "mustang garage junkie" do mine. I am not sure what you'd be charged at a dealership

I paid about 450 bucks for everything at a shop that knows their stuff. My dealership wanted almost twice as much. Screw that!

Don't go to a dealer. They will charge you $500 just for labor guaranteed! Find a high performance shop, preferably one that drag races on the weekends.

Amen...anyone know of a good mustang performance shop in the Atlanta area?
