The mechanic attempted to install the ford racing girdle on my 2007 for mustang gt when puttin in my 373 gears yesterday. It did not clear the panhard bar. So had to put the factory cover back on. I am not sure if I was sent the wrong part or if need some other parts to make it work?

Not sure if I will benefit and want to pay to get new cover at this point....thoughts?

The one I got cleared. I had to take the panhard bar off, then put it back on

Minecleared as well. Make sure you get the 'low profile" one for 05+ GT. Look at the wording on it. It should have the "Ford" logo centered above the word "Racing", not beside it like the older Diff. Girdle.

I guess mine was the old style...When I go to have UCA and LCA will order the correct one and have it done then....
