Generally if you have a situation like that when you get a bunch of codes you will see a common thread between them all. Things like a pinched harness a loose ground, or a loose conector. I don't know how technical you are, but what you can do is look at the schematics. Look at the throttle ckt., fan ckt., and the Blah Blah ckt.(thats a new one to me) and find the common wire or harness. With all your mods it is likly something is amiss. Good luck.

What are the exact codes..numbers and all... The "Blah Blah" stuff is important to know.

I got the throttle actuator and some other code on mine in the first year I owned the car. I don't remember the specific trouble codes. It ended up being a problem with the throttle body. I was going to just replace it myself, since I hate the dealership, but decided to have it replaced under warranty. I believe there was a TSB on it.

We replaced his throttle body too. Like he said, it ran fine for a couple days, and then it started goin into fail safe again. We even took the damn thing to ford and they couldnt figure out the problem. Here is what we have tried so far...

Replaced TB with another stock unit & cleaned connectors
Cleaned MAF sensor and connectors
Cleaned K&N filter and re-oiled it

As far as I know, it hasnt done it now for 2 days, but we will see.
