Default Is it worth it?

I installed a zex efi nitrous kit with all the imaginable goodies a month ago. Its awsome I love it.. But after feeling that fleeting power, it made me want more. So I just bought the brenspeed stage one saleen kit. It should be here monday. Thats all well and good, but now I have a 1500 dollar system sitting in my car I wont be able to run. So heres the question. Would it be of any benifit to route the nitrous to the front of the heat exchanger either via the purge valve or somehow using the actual EFI control box? I came from the turbo charged four cylinder camp (EVO 8), where these types of systems are common. They were used on air to air intercoolers to cool the intake charge on quarter mile passes. They gained marginal benifits on the first runs but when the track time started getting up there and the general temp of the engine bay was getting hot, Noticible gains were seen over a car in the same situation with out it. Now I do realize that the saleen system is a air to water system but the general princible is the same, correct? Would it be worth it to keep the system in car for this use and this use alone? Or should I take it out of the car and try and sell it?

Opinions please.

There are better ways to cool incoming air. Sell it.

Kinda what I was thinking. Just sux to sell somthing I just bought a month ago. Especially when I consider how much I spent and how little the resale is probably going to bring in.

Yeah dude, you're gonna take a hit on it. But just think of the oversized intercooler reservoir you can buy with the money you get for your kit.

You did not say how big a hit of nos it is. If it is a 75 shot or could be decreased to that or less keep it and use it. If you are using the standard Saleen kit I believe you will be around 400 at the wheels. You could still use the kit and probally not haveto worry about something letting go. Unless you need the money to cover some of the Saleen kit, then sell it.

Thanks for the advise yall. I think im gonna end up selling it and putting it toward the stage three upgrade from brenspeed. What kind of wheel hp/tq numbers would you expect from brenspeed stage one's claims of 470 hp to the flywheel?
