Hmm... Why would someone want to change from premium to regular? Using the above numbers $63.84 (premium fill-up) - $59.05 (regular fill-up) = $4.80 difference. Multiply that $4.80 times fill ups per week (for me that is three each week) and that comes to $14.40 a week (or ~ $57.60 per month/$720 per year). I don't eat that many Happy Meals or drink that much Starbucks, but can think of quite a few additional mods to get for that savings.
I'm lucky - Iput lessthan 200 miles a week on my car and usually fill up less than once a week.

Unless you have a custom tune for premium fuel, you're wasting your money on premium gas.

87 is fine unless you have a tune.

i just filled up with premium for $3.57 a gallon earlier this week... now it's up to $3.65 at the most. i only fill up once every two weeks so $3.20 extra per fill up / $1.60 extra per week... that's the difference of drinking water with my whataburger instead of dr. pepper for 1 meal. or getting drip coffee instead of an espresso once a week.
