A few months ago I installed a Hurst shifter it felt stiff at first but was told they are known to "loosen up" after a while but still retain that "gated" feel.

Now i noticed that the lower gears (2nd and 4th) arenotchy andharder than 1st 3rd and 5th
to engage, 1st 3rd and 5th are like butter, i checked under the car and everything seems ok
bolts are tight ect..

there doesn't seem to have any adjustment

anybody ever experience this ??
