I remember I found it somewhere for like $489 or somewhere close,
but can't remember the website.

Leonard Racing (Spydershaft) just had a price increase August 1st. So if you can find one for less than what we have them for get it. Whoever is still selling them for less isn't aware of the price increase but will find out soon enough.

No way!! The whipple and now the spydershaft!

Why is everything going up in price?

Oh well, I guess I'll just keep it as it is for now,
and then build it when I graduate and have the funds.

Nice!

How do you describe the difference of the way
the car drives now compared to before?

Is it worth the money?

I am not sure If I am going to stick with my Alum. Drive shaft. Since it has been installed there has been some rubbing under full throttle acceleration. I do not think it is vibration. It is 4 inch diameter and my stang has been dropped to where it is extremely low. I am sure it is adding something to my get up and go but when I added it to my car I also added the 4.10s, CAMs and UDPs, and LTs. So unless I remove it I wont know how much of a difference it is making. I am going to take it back to the shop and see if they can figure it out.

Default Steeda

Just to throw it out there, Steeda makes a 1 piece aluminum for $600 or so that needs no adaptors...and IMO its a brand you can trust.

The Steeda shafts are made by Spydershaft.

I've got the coast 4". Very happy with it - no vibration at all and no clunking. I could feel a noticeable difference. Great mod.
