Default Emission test failed

I bought a used 05 gt out of state a few weeks ago and today I brought it to emissions and it failed . I was hoping to get some help figuring out why it failed. The car has flowmaster exhaust, cold air intake and a sct 93 octane tune. Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

The CAI... you need to return to stock when testing. Except for Axle-back.

did the inspection fail or did it just not complete? if you have the cats and 02s turned off in the tune, when they goto run emissions it will not complete because it will not be able to read them. Its not failing tho if thats the case you will have to have the cats and 02s turned on in the tune.

Cant turn on the cats

But yes, the rear o2 monitors are most likely turned off in your 93 tune, stopping the systems OBD II from completing all the monitors. Hence a not ready status, 2 or more fails you in Illinois on our cars.
Mine currently with just the rear o2's off I have 3 not ready monitors.
I will get an emissions safe tune from Brenspeed before I need to test.

To my knowledge it shuts the rear O2s off

What the guy at the emmisions said is i failed because it could not complete the test he said that he was getting no reading from the engine or something. He said maybe the battery was disconnected and i should drive the car for around 100 miles then come back and retest. Im not sure why he wanted me to do that, but tomorrow i will find the sheet that he gave me and I will post exactly what passed and what failed.

its because of the O2s in the tune. You need to find out who wrote the tune and get them to send you a new one with the O2s turned on. If its the canned SCT tunes then talk to brenspeed or bamachips and have them write you a new tune.
