Default 'check charge system'.

Anyone else get this message before? it also says low fuel level data ob (something) error, then it says 'check charge system'. My car didn't start again just now (2nd time this month!) I reinstalled the stock tune, then installed the custom tune and my car started as normal but I still get the messages on the dash.

I checked some other sites and they said it's the alternator (??) anyone else get these warnings??

ah screw it, gonna take it in tommorow..already took off the CAI and tune. They were giving me so much crap about it the last time, I just saved the headache and took it off. What a slug the car is now, let me tell ya... I hope it's just the alternator and nothing too wacky, that's TC/gear money install they're toying with...

check the alternator cable, it tends to come loose and causes all sort of problems...(the cable thats behind the alternator...)

maybe it was a problem because your car no longer had an alternator..

jk.

dang it, mine was most likely tested on the car.. If it is an issue I might take it back to ask them to check it out- though I have no valid reason for the work done. The only time it comes up 'check charger system' is whenever I use the SCTx3 tuner..

lol yeah mine told me to check the charging system 2 hours into a 4 hour trip at like 10pm..i drove it for almost a week like that until the new alt came in...if you can spare the time and stuff take the alt out and tke it down to be tested..it only took them a few min to figure mine out...good luck on yours..hope is cheaper than mine
