My check engine light came on in my 05 GT, i went to autozone for the free code and they said that it had something to do with the cam timing? could this be from the tune? if so how do i retune my car? im only running the brenspeed 87 right now any help would be appreciated thanks!

i reloaded the tune and the CEL went of but the red light under the dash is still flashing im not too worried about it.
