Driveshaft loop over Spydershaft.

Driveshaft loop over Spydershaft.
So I am looking to get a driveshaft loop for my 4"-3.5" Spydershaft.
I was looking at the BMR one, but I, nor Brenspeed, are sure if it will fit over the Spydershaft.
They say it fits over their 3.5" Dynatech shaft without a problem.
Anyone know if it will fit?

I just installed a Shaftmasters 3.5-4" alum shaft with the BMR front loop. No problems; the loop fits around the short 3.5" area right after the boot and before the 4" area. The Spydershaft I believe is the same setup. The BMR loop has slotted holes for left-right adjustment but not really up-down. My car is not lowered.

i have the BMR DS safety loop w/ the spydershaft and it fits. but 1 problem w/ my BBK o/r x pipe (i also have BBK LT's), the loop was contacting my x pipe and i was getting vibration, so i had to modify the x pipe to get more clearance now its fine. i've heard of 1 other person w/ this problem w/ the BMR loop and o/r x pipe, but most others have no problems.

Onederful, is your car lowered? are you auto or manual? if you are manual, which shifter do you have?
where exactly does the bmr loop go around the shaft? Is it even in the area of the shifter? I'm worried that since the MGW is adjustable (unscrewing, which lowers the bottom and shortens the throw) will cause a clearance issue.

TacoBill has a nice write-up a while back on his installation of the Coast 4" driveshaft, BMR loop and MGW shifter. I believe had had some interference problems that he corrected with custom shims. Check it out: https://mustangforums.com/forum/2005...ll-w-pics.html
