Default question

i'm considering another motor swap soon AND since its between a lsx based motor or a 5.4 or 4.6 3v i need to know something

will a 3v bolt right into a 2000 gt? (4.6)

is the block different other than just the materials being aluminum?

Motor mount points is my main concern as everything else can be fabricated

and i already know of the difference between the motors and computers and i know how to deal with that so the computer and timing isnt an issue..

You'll need different motor mounts, but i'm sure it's doable. They put the 03-04 cobra blocks in these cars.

yes, actually i am...

but i can make a 3v work much easier.

but no one can argue that the ls based motors are engineering genius...

i love ford cars... but the modular 2v is lacking in many departments..

hence why i want to see the 3v possibilities first..

If you really want an LS motor why not sell your stang and buy a camaro or corvette?

and well i do like the ls motor but i dont like the cars they go in... and i like my mustang so idk... i just want something different...
