Default Fuel connector retaining clip (green)

Hey all, I have a Roush Stage 3 that I just recently replaced the fuel pump on - in the process, I broke that little damned green retaining clip and can't find another one comparable. Does anyone know which replacement retaining clip fits the elbow line connector to the gas tank? I've tried 3 or 4 Dorman's that are supposed to have fit and one actually had me convinced it was the right one, until I drove it, then the pressure built up. There is a tiny bit of movement on the connector, which allows fumes and a minuscule amount of gas to seep out and permeate my car, making it impossible to drive in cold weather with the windows up, not to mention a combustion hazard of some sort, I'm sure. I'm going to go by the boneyard this weekend: there's a S197 in Row 13 that I'm hoping will still have it's fuel line components - if so, I'm cutting off that connector and taking it home to do surgery on retaining clip removal but if that breaks too then I'll be up the creek again. HELP. I'm tired of driving my truck...and passing by my car when I go in and out of the garage every day.
