Default P0345 Codes

Got SC installed 2 weeks ago now getting p0345 codes. Usually after a day of driving. Where is the camshaft position sensor sensor located for bank 2 and what does it look like? Is this always an alternator issue? I just installed the gt500 dual upgrade but got the code before that was done.

It is located on the driver's side front timing cover....below the valve cover. If it is a Vortech/Paxton s/c, the sensor is below the head unit. The mounting bracket has a hole for the sensor/connector to plug in thru. Check that out to make sure it is plugged in all the way.

I discovered a pattern to the codes. First a CEL with p0345. drives and parks ok. Drives again, whether cleared or not and is ok. When you park it and start it to drive again it immediately failsafes and has about 8 codes. 2 fan codes, multiple throttle related codes. Has done this 3 times in a row now.

I found it and it seems to be plugged in well. But look how close it is to the alternator now. Could that be an issue and how would I block any RF issues?
