Default Changed fuel filter

I just changed my fuel filter, now my exhaust tips are turning black! Is this normal and/or temporary with a new fuel filter?

No, the discoloration on the exhaust tips is not attributed to the fuel filter. Usually, black tips are caused by deposits of soot created by a rich fuel mixture.
