I dont know about your car since its stock but mine with the supercharger and all, if I start it on a hot day and have the a/c on when I try to start it then it just bogs and dies. So I wait like 3-4 min to turn on the a/c

Blinking CEL is a misfire in the engine (thus the shaking and boggy feeling too).

I would stop driving it until it's checked out or you could do some severe damage to the Cats or other engine components.

It's not doing it anymore, it only did that for about 4 minutes and then fixed itself. I was thinking that maybe it was just the computer having a retarded moment. And yes, it did feel like a miss fire.

It sounds like it may just be a hiccup considering the engine is so new, it still is not fully broken in yet...

I'd get it checked just to be certain, but it doesn't sound like a serious problem as long as you do not experience it again.

I think it being new is more of a reason for it not to happen.

+1 a blinking CEL is a misfire, and computers dont have "retarded moments" unless something is wrong. Take it in ASAP.

Also, if it happens again, dont freaking floor it. I dont know why so many people think that the solution to unexpected car problems is to go WOT...
