So basicaly Ford was unable to use there diagnostics and so now is at a complete loss as to what is wrong. They told me they would cover the part if it turned out to be the TPS or the mass air, but I would need to first order and install.....

So looks like this weekend I am pulling plugs, spraying my mass air out again, rechecking all my fittings for my O2s, and looking at options for a mass air and tps.

so... heres some update for all that gave some advice.

Ford took my car no question asked, couldn't use there diagnostics, tried to hit me for $100 diagnostics fee because when they escalated to Ford central there official response was that the Steeda intake and Saleen supercharger has been known to causes this... Shame on Ford for badmouthing them, but the guy in there shop showed me there actual escalation response. Anyway, informed them that they took the car and never disclosed any possible cost and they waved there fee.

So now I am sitting here trying to pull my MAF out and realize that while Ford took a look at it for me, they striped the crap out of the heads of the screws. Thanks again Ford.
So I managed to tap a bigger Allen in with a hammer and get one out but the other is completely stripped and I am about to drill it out, then tomorrow will have to go get a tap and fix this mess.

Aside from that, eagle stoker cut me a great deal on a BBK throttle body with his electronics attached. so that will take out any chance of TPS or the drive assembly.

If neither of these steps fix it, going to pull plugs, and look at getting MSD Cops and a SCT BA5000 drop in MAF.

so, did the MAF and put on the new throttle body with electronics, issue is still there. Monday I am ordering new plugs from Brenspeed as well as the MSD cops, if that doesnt do it, I guess next I am looking at O2 sensors. but one step at a time for now.

Does the problem only happen in gear? Or can you get it to happen by revving the motor as well?
