oil leak problem

oil leak problem

I have a 94 4.6 leaking oil at the oil filter adapter and block how hard is this to fix?
Do I have to drop the K-member?

Doesn't hurt to ask around, It is possible someone here has owned one or dealt with the problem on a latter model!
