Default Exhaust Leak

I just installed a Magnaflow offroad x-pipe to my 2006 GT which already had magnapacks on it. I now have a tis...tis...tis sound coming from my exhaust at low rpm's. This never happened when i just had the magnapacks, so I am assuming there is a leak between the midpipe and the manifold flange. I re-tightened everything and still can't seem to get rid of it. Does anyone have any suggestions or has anyone heard of this before? Thanks for all the help!

Do you have a CAI? And does it smell like gas?

Ya I have a Steeda CAI, but I don't really smell gas. I smell the exhaust alot more since I don't have cats, but not really a gas smell.

Are you sure its coming from the exhaust? Cause the CAI's make the sound you described. It may be because you dont have cats now. All the exhaust leaks I know of usually smell like unburned gas.
