Getting ready to order and schedule the cam and gear install.

Final question is this.
When I put the Hot Rod cams in... will it be safe to put a blower on later with these cams?

Will it take anything extra to make sure it is safe with the cams and no go boom?

if you know you're going FI, then really you should go
with the DR FI cams.

will the HR's work, yes. i'm putting mine in this week as
a matter of fact, can't wait to hear that sweet rumble once
again.

Nothing as far as safety issues with the engine?

Dunno if I will go F.I. but I know it could be in the future later down the road.
Just wanna make sure these Hot Rods will be safe with F.I. without forging the engine or anything else.

 

they will be relatively safe. there are a few dozen
guys running around with hot rods with FI.

yes the DR FI's would be for peak power and maybe a
little combustion efficiency thrown in, for good measure.

Damn man,

The guy sending me my total quote and scheduling the time is off work today.
But he left a message for me that he is going to contact me first thing in the morning for total quote and setting up the date.

I am expecting either next week or the week after.
I'm so pumped. It's practically boner time.
