Default Idler pulley replacement help please!

I have a slight wobble in my idler pulley (one with the ribs in it, not smooth, next to the water pump, right side of engine). I think originally this one is plastic, but I have a metal one (probably replaced by the previous owner due to the supercharger strain). Where can I get that replacement? I assume it might be a GT500 idlers pulley or one similar?? Thanks for all of the help!!

Call Metco Motor Sports in N. Carolina I changed all my pulleys with there complete kit and my cousin we replaced his Whipple pulleys with Metco no issues. I think Steeda has some products.

If you want to replace that same pulley. I just replaced that same one which is metal (stock) P/N on the part is FOMOCO 1L2E-6C348-AA. Goodyear Gatorback Idler Assembly 49123 is P/N on the box. I bought this from a generic parts store up here called Lordco auto parts so you should have no problem finding one. Mine was also wobbling. If

I have heard from multiple people that they notice theirs wobble. Did the new one fix the wobble? I have also heard that new ones wobble from ford.

Ordered up the Goodyear 49123, hopefully that is the right part. The right side idler pulley next to the power steering pump?

My water pump bearing recently blew apart and not sure if one caused the other, but a wobbling pulley does not seem right.

Yes I would say we are on the same track. Right side ribbed idler pulley.Wobble is gone with new Goodyear Idler Pulley.P/n 49123. I got a guy to pull the power steering pump pulley out a bit to get the belt to line up evenly. Come to think of it that might have been why the idler was wobbling. Maybe that power steering pump pulley is out of lead with the rest of the pulley's on that side? Just a guess, too late for me to measure I've already pulled it out and can't say how far. Maybe you might want to see how your belts are lining up on the drivers side pulley's? Just my .02

Daryl, I checked out the alignment with the water pump pulley and the idler pulley and they were off. So I looked at the power steering pump and it doesn't look like it can be pulled out for any alignment adjustment.

So that gotz me a thinkin'. I took the pulley and measured both sides, one side measured 5/16 and the other side measured 3/8 to the bearing face, plus the 5/16 side had less of a lip for the belt. So I flipped the pulley and gained about 1/8 of an inch of distance towards the engine. Started the baby up and the pulley was not totally straight, but the wobble was significantly less. I would say it pulled 90% of the wobble out of the pulley.

Also I know there are some differences between the 05-06 engines and the 07 engine, so maybe there is a power steering adjustment on the 06?
