Idler pulley replacement help please!

He didn't adjust the pump. He had the pulley pulled out. The ps pulley is friction fit and can be adjusted in or out with a puller or installer.

Ah, yes I see says the blind man!! Nice catch. I thought it was a little odd the way the pump is mounted. Maybe I should try that for the last 10%.
