Never heard of them but for $15 more you can get a set of C.H.E. lca's that are track proven. Only ones I use, I've had experience with many other brands.

if you want traction for the track get some micky's SS, they will test your rearend and everything connected, they will surely show you your weak links.

The only thing LCA's will do with street tires is help wheel hop, but at the track street tires just don't work well.

As for the J&M LCA's, I have their Street/Race Extreme ones and like them alot.

I've also got their Street/Race Extreme UCA as well.

The ones I have are J&M extreme and even with the SC launching from about 1800 rmp the car squats a little but stays in a very strait line. Every now and then I might get a little tale drift to the left. I was pumped when I got the SC but the guy that put it in said those LCA's really help the power get to the street.

Do you notice any undesirable NVH with the J&M Extreme LCAs?
