i want to do a transmission oil change on my 07 mustang gt, reason being is that the shifting has changed quite a bit and i think that if i changed the fluid out than it would be much better and shift smoth again, can any body tell me what tools fluid and how much to use, oh and the car has 54000 miles on it

I'm using RP Syncromesh. Seems to be doing a good job for me.

Here's moosestang's thread thats a practical way of changing the fluid. I used this method when I had my stock shifter and it was no problems.

If and when I do my '07 MT and the g/f's '06 Auto, I'll probably use Amsoil.
