Installation Question. Cams etc.

How long would it take a shop to install
Hot Rod Cams, Gears, Long tubes, X-pipe, and tune a car?

Could it be done in a full day?
Dropping it off in the morning and picking it up the next morning mid morning?

I'd say give 'em a couple days. The important things IMO would be the price and quality of work.
