Default Check Engine Light

Hello all,

Today when I was driving my check engine light came on. I drove back to my house and checked the code with my Diablosport tuner. The codes are as follows:

P0340 "Camshaft posiion sensor a circuit"
P1000 "OBD systems readiness test not complete"

The car is running fine and is not misfireing. This happened shortly after I got on it. After I came back to my house I reset the code and started the stang. It did not trigger it again and it started fine. I did not drive it though. I wanted some input on this. Any suggestions to what may have caused this trigger? Is it safe to drive or should I take it into a shop? I am not a mechanic but I am mechanicly inclined. I looked for this sensor and I could not find it. I assumed it would be by the harmanic balancer (or whatever it is called by the pullys). Any help on this situation would be appreciated. Thank you.
