I just installed comp thumpr cams and phaserz and im havin problems wit it stayin idoling and I unplugged my tps.sensor and now its idoling but I plugged it back in and shut engine off and started back but it cuts out real bad wen I rev it up.got and ideas

I have the thumpr cams and phase limiters as well. I had idling and drivability issues at first. But that was largely tune related. Who's tune are you running? Someone's like Brenspeed or BAMAChips?

Plus need more info like, are you using all the supporting mods for cams?

i.e. shorter gears, CMDP's, bigger CAI?

 

He needs a custom tune.

Or the cams need to be timed again.

 

Simon is right, you need a tune! You can't put mechanical Phaser limiters without the computer being tuned, once the PCM tries to retard past the limit.... there is your problem.
