Default Intake upgrade, is it worth my time

I am new to the DIY world and finally getting around to upgrading my engine. I am looking to add a BBK cold air intake and a ford racing 90mm mass air sensor and a BBK 78mm Throttle intake. The rest of the engine is completely stock I am looking for this to be my starting point on the upgrades. Is it worth my time for the mass air sensor and the throttle intake?

Side note: I am unsure whether it is worth my time and money to by a BBK throttle body 70mm or whether the 78mm includes the throttle body

You're posting in the 4.6L section for the 05-10 S197's. I'm not familiar with the 2001 GT.
